When I tasted these bottles a couple of weeks ago, I was riveted and knew instantly what to do with them. They’re born and bred for great seafood.
They’re also delightful, ethically made from grapes you’ve never heard of (and should learn about!), and showcase what’s happening in the small corners of one of the oldest wine cultures on planet earth, the Greek isles.
